the field of aviation and to remain in school

take part in such training
- We broaden computer and aviation knowledge via the internet
- We simulate and encourage broader job opportunities in all phases of aviation

History of Our Organization
The Black Pilots of America, Inc (BPA) was formed in Miami Florida, in the month of February 1997.
The John W. Greene, Jr. Chapter, Washington, DC Metropolitan Area Black Pilots of America Inc. (JWG) was also formed in February
1997. BPA consists of pilots and interested aviation enthusiasts from across the United States. A large number of the present
members were former long-time members of the Negro Airmen International Inc., which was founded by the late Ed Gibbs and other
original Tuskegee Airmen in 1963.
